Join our vibrant CKA community
Our enrollment process generally follows the surrounding school district (Jeffco)calendars. We love that many of our families stay with us for their child's preschool years, (several years). This means that openings can be limited, and we typically maintain a waitlist so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
While we welcome applications throughout the year, it can be difficult to predict how long it will take for a family to move from application to enrollment, as availability depends on our current enrollment and upcoming openings.
There is a $100 non-refundable application fee. Families are welcome to apply at any time, and we encourage you to join our waitlist even if you are planning ahead for a future school year.

October–December | Tours & Open House
During the fall, we host several school tours and an open house, giving prospective families the opportunity to see our program in action, explore our classrooms, and meet with the owners and incredible teachers. Interested in a tour?
January–March | Enrollment & Scheduling
We ask our currently enrolled families to confirm their plans for the upcoming school year. Once we have a clearer picture of returning students and available spaces, we begin building our schedules and offering openings to families on our waitlist.
June - July | Complete enrollment paperwork and Meet the Team
We will send out all of the enrollment paperwork in June and it must be completed by the time your child enrolls at CKA. We will also schedule one-on-one time with your family so you can meet our teachers, new friends, and get familiar with the school day routine.
August | A New School Year Begins!
Our new school year begins in August, and we are excited to welcome both returning and new CKA families!
